We can't help it !

They're many guys that im close to that are frustrated because females blame their mood swings on their cycle. The honest truth is, we really can't help it ! Its hormonal changes. Just like you guys can't help it when you have this ridiculously urge to have sex , its your hormones !

phahahahaha

Some girls and women — from 20–50 percent — have a physical or emotional discomfort that is known as premenstrual syndrome (PMS) about a week before menstruating, or during the first few days of menstruation. Symptoms of PMS include depression and other mood changes, appetite changes, backaches, difficult breathing, fluid retention, headaches, irritability, insomnia, sweating, and tender breasts. PMS is more common in older women.

Most women find that exercising and getting plenty of sleep can help minimize the symptoms of PMS, and many also find that sexual arousal and orgasm may help relieve menstrual cramps.

Some women, by the way, report positive premenstrual changes, including increased creativity, energy, and sexual desire.
